Print orders
Product descriptions and current prices are shown on the site and confirmed in Shopify Checkout. An order is accepted when the order confirmation is issued. If an item cannot be supplied, the customer will be contacted and refunded.
Commission enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not place an order and no payment is taken. A bespoke commission begins only after scope, price and timing have been agreed and the customer pays the secure Shopify invoice. Any important requirements should be included before that point.
Artwork and copyright
Buying a print or commission transfers ownership of the physical item, not copyright in the artwork. Artwork may not be reproduced, resold as a reproduction or used commercially without written permission.
