What we collect
When you send a commission enquiry, Lines by Louis collects the name, email address, project details and optional reference images you provide. When you buy a print or pay a commission invoice, Shopify processes the checkout, delivery and payment details needed to complete your order.
Why we use it
Enquiry information is used to reply, prepare a quote and, if you choose to proceed, fulfil the commission. Order information is used to take payment, make and deliver your order, provide customer service and meet record-keeping duties.
Where it is kept
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Checkout and order records are handled by Shopify. Standard print fulfilment may be handled by the print partner named during fulfilment. Reference images are private and are not published without separate permission.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete enquiry information, or withdraw from an enquiry, by emailing louis@lines-by-louis.co.uk. Some completed-order records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
