The launch shop serves United Kingdom addresses. Available delivery services, prices and any estimated delivery window are shown in Shopify Checkout before payment.
Made to order
Prints are made to order, so production time comes before dispatch. If a date is important, contact louis@lines-by-louis.co.uk before ordering.
Damage or a problem
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, email as soon as possible with the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or remedy.
Returns
Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions. Bespoke commissions and other personalised work are made specifically for one customer and may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation once work has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
